Mablethorpe Chalet Park Conditions of Booking

Accommodation cannot be occupied by more than the number of persons specified on the booking form. Any breach of this condition shall entitle the Park’s management to terminate the booking and to exclude forthwith from the Park’s grounds the unauthorised persons together with the applicants. Upon such termination the applications and unauthorised persons will be deemed to be trespassers and owners contacted.

Amenities on the Park are operated by private operators.

The Park will endeavour to ensure that they are operated to the requirements of a holiday park but do not accept responsibility if for any reason the amenities are not operated.

  • All personal property including motor vehicles are at the holiday applicants own risk. The Park nor its servants or agents accept liability for any personal injury, loss or damage during the period they and all their possessions are on the Park.

  • The applicants undertake not to do on their own part or permit to be done by persons under their control anything in the opinion of the park’s Management that may be or become a nuisance or annoyance or which shall in any way interfere with the quiet or general comfort of other guests at the Park.

  • The following breeds are not allowed on the Park, Pit bull terrier, Japanese Akita & Tosa, Rottweiler's, Dogo Argentino and Fila Brasileiro.

  • Dogs must be walked on a short leash (no extending leads) and not be permitted to roam free or interfere with or annoy other persons on the Park. They are not to be left unattended in the chalet/ caravan - if this rule is breached The park reserves the right to ask you to leave the park with your dog

  • If fouling occurs it must be cleaned up immediately, this is in the interest of Health & Safety for all park users especially children.

  • All noise must cease between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. Noisy groups and bad language will not be tolerated.

  • Vehicles must not travel at speed exceeding 10 M.P.H. in the Park’s grounds. Cars must not park or drive on any grass areas. Parking bays are provided.

  • Barbecues (charcoal, gas and electric) are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances.

  • Alcoholic drinks must only be consumed in and around the immediate vicinity of your caravan/chalet - No drinking is allowed in the communal  areas of the park.
