Chalet Rental Agreement

Your booking

 

All bookings are subject to availability and must be made by a person over 18 years of age. Bookings for single sex groups or groups of people under 21 years of age will only be accepted by prior agreement.

                           

All bookings run weekly from Saturday to Saturday, unless otherwise agreed with owner - a minimum 3 night rental applies to all arrangements, contact us for details or to discuss your specific requirements.

 

Paying for your holiday

 

Once availability has been confirmed you will have 7 days to send a non refundable deposit by Paypal, Cheque, Bank transfer or Postal Order for £50 per booking

We will then send you a booking confirmation showing your booking details and the balance for your total holiday cost which must be paid at least 3 weeks before your arrival date. However, if you book less than 2 weeks before your arrival date the total holiday cost must be paid in full at the time of booking.

No reminders for payments will be issued. Should your deposit/payment not be received by the due dates, we reserve the right to re-let the chalet.

 

 

When you've paid for your holiday in full, We will send details of how to find the chalet park and a 'Check in' time to meet the owner. The keys will be available between 3pm & 6pm unless otherwise agreed.

 

On your departure day, please vacate the chalet by 10:30am  the owner will make arrangements to collect the keys. If keys are not handed back or have been lost - you agree to pay the costs incurred of replacing the security locks on the chalet.

                           

Bond

£50.00 bond payable on reciept of the keys - This is to cover any breakages or damage to the chalet during your stay. This is returnable on departure providing there has not been any damage done to the Chalet or its contents.

 

Changes/Cancellation

If you wish to change or cancel the booking you must inform us immediately. Subject to availability you'll be given the opportunity to move your holiday to another week, if the total holiday cost for the substitute week is higher then the difference must be paid by the hirer within 7 days of re-booking.

 

Circumstances beyond our control (Act of god) - Should the accommodation become unavailable, a full refund will be given. No compensation, expenses, costs or other sums will be payable in such circumstances. We will not accept any liability for alterations to the facilities on the park, or failure of local amenities advertised.

 

Pets -

Both of our Chalets can accommodate a well behaved small dog please contact us for details.

 

We ask that you; keep your pets off the furniture/beds, don't leave your pets unattended in the chalet, keep dogs on leads at all times in the chalet park and clean up if your dog fouls. Dangerous dog breeds are not allowed on the chalet park at any time (See Chalet Park Rules for breeds prohibited).

 

The Chalet - You agree to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it in a similar condition as you found it upon your arrival. You agree to pay for any breakages or damage, caused by you, your party or pets, to either the contents or structure of the chalet, which occurred during your holiday.

 

 

Bed linen Is provided free of charge. The mattress/pillowcase covers should not be removed unless for cleaning due to soiling. 

 

 

Smoking - Is strictly prohibited anywhere in any of our chalets. 

 

 

In the case of dispute - our decision is final. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Any person whose behaviour is considered unreasonable or inappropriate will be asked to leave the chalet. No refund will be given for lost days in this event. We retain the right to refuse any booking prior to the issue of your written confirmation.

 

** Please note - Chalet Park rules prohibit the use of BBQ's at any time.
